The Partial Provisional Acceptance for 16772 block, 1 parcel B06, B07, B08 Residential, Carpark and Commerical Blocks and 16779 block, 2 Parcel C04, C05 and 16771 block, 1 parcel A05 Commercial Blocks within the scope of our İstanbul Maltepe Küçükyalı Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale (Nidapark Küçükyalı) project has been realized and relevant Partial Provisional Acceptance Document has been approved 01.07.2022.
In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
