| Our bank General Assembly resolution regarding the selection of PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as an independent audit company to carry out the audit of the financial reports of the Bank for the fiscal year 2023 and the other activities within the related regulations, was registered by İstanbul Trade Registry Office on 07.04.2023 and published in Turkish Trade Registry Gazette number 10808 dated 10.04.2023. In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail. |
