İşlem Rekabet Kurulu izninin alınması ve Rekabet Kurulu iznini takiben diğer sözleşmesel ön koşulların yerine getirilmiş olması kaydı ile tamamlanacaktır.
Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Özel Durumlar Tebliği (II-15.1)'nin İçsel bilgilerin kamuya açıklanmasının ertelenmesi başlıklı 6 nolu maddesi hükümlerince, henüz görüşme aşamasında olunması, fiyatın ve şartların kesinleşmemesi ve pazarlık sürecinde olası bir açıklamanın tarafların menfaatlerini olumsuz etkileyebileceği gerekçesiyle, pazarlık şartlarında ilerleme kaydedilmeden bilgi kamuya açıklanmamıştır. Bu erteleme, Şirketimizin 06.09.2024 tarihli ve 2024/24 sayılı yönetim kurulu kararı doğrultusunda yapılmıştır.

("Epsilon"), which mainly produces composite parts and molds for the aviation industry, for USD 20,237,000.The transaction will be completed provided that the Competition Board's permission is obtained and other contractual prerequisites are fulfilled following the Competition Board's permission.
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 6 of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Material Events (II-15.1) titled "Postponement of public disclosure of inside information", information has not been disclosed to the public until progress has been made in the negotiation process on the grounds that the Company is still in the negotiation phase, the price and conditions have not been finalized and a possible disclosure during the negotiation process may adversely affect the interests of the parties. This postponement was made in accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of our Company dated 06.09.2024 and numbered 2024/24.
