Our company has completed the process of increasing its capital from 3.450.000.000, -TL to 4.400.000.000, -TL within the registered capital ceiling of 15.000.000.000, -TL, and Article 7 of the Company's Articles of Incorporation, titled "Capital and Shares," reflecting the new capital, was registered and published by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on August 5, 2026. The updated Articles of Incorporation, containing the latest amendments, are attached hereto.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English   versions of  disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public  Disclosure Platform (KAP) shall   prevail
