On October 23, 2026, Mr. Mustafa Mertcan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of our Company, purchased a total of TRY 100,000 in nominal value of DOFRB shares traded on Borsa Istanbul at prices ranging from TRY 54.85 to TRY 56.40 per share.
As a result of this transaction, Mr. Mustafa Mertcan's shareholding ratio in our Company's share capital reached 56.87%, while his voting rights ratio reached 59.51%.
